      Kaled launches sales brokerage

Kaled Management Corp., owners and managers of nearly 6,500 rental apartments, co-ops and condos throughout New York City and Long Island, has named Hak Bin Ahn as director of sales & leasing to head up their recently formed Residential Sales Brokerage Division.

Jordan Platt, Vice President of Operations at Kaled Management, made the announcement.

Kaled Management handles sales for over 3,000 co-op and condo residences in 28 properties throughout the firm's owned and third-party management portfolio.

The new brokerage division, with an office in Forest Hills, has more than doubled in size in its first year and now represents hundreds of other residences for sale and lease, owned and managed by third parties.

"We initially wanted to offer this additional service to our co-op and condominium clients to streamline the often arduous process of finding, screening and approving qualified buyers for the buildings we own and manage," said Peter Lehr, director of property management for Kaled.

"The division has grown to include non-managed properties during the past year, and we are confident [it will] grow even further in the years ahead."
