Kaled Corp. celebrates its property management stars

Kaled Management Corp., located at 7001 Brush Hollow Road, Westbury, NY is celebrating their property managers in the month of June.

The property managers at Kaled have over 46 combined years of experience, making this family owned company one of the leaders in the property management industry.

Deborah Gordon has been at Kaled for over 18 years. She currently is the Director of Operations of the Coop/Condo division, manages four buildings in Queens and the Bronx, and oversees all of the property managers at Kaled.

Peter Lehr has been at Kaled for six years. Peter is the Director of Property Management at Kaled and oversees management of all properties at the firm. Peter personally manages three rental properties in Manhattan, but also is directly responsible for overseeing the management and upkeep of Kaled’s 15 separate owner-managed properties, located in Queens and Brooklyn.

Richard Rossi has been at Kaled for seven years. Rich currently manages eight properties for Kaled in Queens and Brooklyn. He currently oversees in excess of 778 units.
Terry Borg has been at Kaled for three years. Terry currently manages six properties in Queens, Manhattan, and Long Island.

Julia Kodis has been at Kaled for three years and currently manages six properties in Queens.

Jodee Sarisky has been a member of the Kaled Family for six years and manages four Queens properties.

Jordan Platt, Kaled’s newest addition has been with the firm for three years and oversees seven of the Kaled owned properties.
