Platt of Kaled Management is promoted as account manager


WESTBURY, N.Y. – Kaled Management, has promoted Jordan Platt to the position of account manager.

He has been serving as an assistant property manager since he joined the firm last year. In his new position, Platt will be duly responsible for managing approximately 18 companyowned rental buildings, providing onsite visits to the properties on a daily basis.

Platt, who lives in Manhattan, recently completed the Registered in Apartment

Management (RAM) program and was awarded RAM certification. This training and certification, awarded through the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB), is designed to train property managers of multifamily rental, condominium and cooperative housing.

Prior to joining Kaled Management, Platt was with Corcoran Wexler in Manhattan, where he focused on medical sales and leasing, and also worked at Levine Builders in Douglaston, where he was involved in building development. He is a graduate of Syracuse University.
