Kaled Names Patricia Athanasopoulos to Head Up New Brokerage Division

Westbury, NY - Kaled Management Corp., owners and managers of nearly 6,500 rental apartments, co-ops and condos throughout New York City and Long Island, has named Patricia Athanasopoulos to head up their newly formed Residential Sales Brokerage Division. Edward Kalikow, president of Kaled Management, made the announcement.
Ms. Athanasopoulos brings nearly a decade of national and local sales experience to Kaled Management, which currently handles sales for over 3,000 co-op and condo residences in 28 properties throughout the firm's owned and third-party management portfolio. She was formerly National Sales Manager for a leading outerwear brand after many years as a sales agent for The Affiliated Referral Network of New York in New York City and Westchester County.

"We wanted to offer this additional service to our co-op and condominium clients to streamline the often arduous process of finding, screening and approving qualified buyers for the buildings we own and manage," said Mr. Kalikow. "We plan on growing this business to other non-managed properties in the near future and knew that we had a real gem in Patricia from the moment she walked in the door. She is the perfect candidate to run and grow this new division of Kaled Management."

A graduate of Berkeley College in New York, Patricia earned a BS from the Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT) before earning a license in Real Estate Sales from the New York Real Estate Institute.

Born in New Jersey, Ms. Athanasopoulos moved to New York with a passion for business, culture and people. Always having a love for architecture and property, Patricia found the perfect career in real estate. As a result of a decade long exposure in the fashion industry, Patricia's transition into the real estate market was substantiated by networking with a wide array of individuals from various businesses.
